Paul the apostle had many precious memories of the church at
Philippi. He wrote in his epistle to
them, “I thank my God on every remembrance of you.” (Philippians 1:3)
It would be wonderful as we recall names, faces and events
from the past be able to honestly say, “I thank my God on every remembrance of
you.”
It would be even more wonderful to know that when others
recall our names, faces and events from the past that they would be able to
honestly say, “I thank my God on every remembrance of you.”
We cannot change events from the past, but with God’s help
we can change events in our lives from this moment on.
