God is Visible in His Creation

"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth His handy work.” (Psalm 19:1)

Tonight before you go to bed step outside into the darkness and observe the hand of God’s works overhead. The darker the night the better to see His creative work. The jeweler displays his diamonds on a piece of black velvet, showing by contrast the beauty of his diamonds. When the night of your circumstances is darkest is when God’s glory shines the brightest.

As you observe the night lights of God’s creation above you will see the North Star with its faithfulness to guide navigators across uncharted oceans and skies. One cannot help but reflect on God’s faithfulness to us. You will see the Big Dipper showing us the inexhaustible supply of God’s grace and His providential care. God’s grace truly is sufficient and amazing.

The Bible teaches us that, “The invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead.     (Romans 1:20) Only the fool would say in his heart, “There is no God.” (Psalm 14:1)
